Talia Rinaldo

My name is Talia Rinaldo, I am a bubbly and enthusiastic twenty three year old. Growing up in the small country town of Myrtleford in north east Victoria, I moved to Geelong in 2012 to undertake university studies.

I have recently graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in journalism) & Bachelor of Management (majoring in human resource and marketing).

I aim to get a variety of hand-on experience that will be significant in achieving my dreams, benefiting my studies and help me become more confident in this type of industry.

As part of my journalism degree, I undertook a three week internship at the Warrnambool Standard in 2013. At the Standard, I was able to see the inner workings of a real newsroom and was welcomed with enthusiatic mentors. I was lucky to have a variety of articles published, for both The Standard and The Warrnambool Extra.

In 2014, I undertook another three week internship with the Geelong Advertiser which reinforced and added to my previous knowledge. I had a variety of articles published for the Advertiser, Geelong News and the Echo.

Below is a list of all the articles I had published, both online and in print. *Some headlines differ slightly from print and online but the text remains the same.
